Shipment Listing Page
Shipments are loaded into the KommerceServer database via KS_SHIPMENTS export. An advanced search allows shipments to be looked up directly based on Shipment number, Sales Order, RMA/Credit, PO, date range, and/or part number shipped. You can navigate to the Shipment Listing page by selecting Customer Portal>Shipping History. The following image shows an example of the Shipment Listing page.
Shipments are shown through a *shipments* tab on the related sales order detail page. Multiple shipments are supported in the case of back-ordered or blanket POs. Each shipment links to Shipment Detail, Invoice Detail, and to the freight carrier tracking website (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
You can search for a particular shipment by entering specific search criteria in the search filters, or you can simply click the Search button without entering any search parameters to view all of your shipment information. Once you have found the shipping information you are looking for, you can export it to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel button.
